Job Title: Senior Growth Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned B2B SaaS marketer to join our dynamic team and drive growth marketing initiatives for our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Manage six-figure marketing budgets and optimize ROI through data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CRO to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead marketing operations, including strategy, reporting, sales enablement, and content production.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B growth marketing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its marketing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
