Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Leitung der Abteilung für Governance und Recht, sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch.
  • Hauptansprechpartner für alle Belange bezüglich unternehmerischer Pflichten, Compliance, Datenschutz, externe Dienstleister, internes Kontrollsystem (IKS) und Risikomanagement sowie rechtliche Fragestellungen.
  • Einführung und Leitung des Corporate Legal Housekeepings, einschließlich Richtlinienmanagement, HR-Anmeldungen, Registerangelegenheiten und Vollmachten.
  • Rechtliche Beratung für verschiedene Unternehmensabteilungen, insbesondere bei der Analyse rechtlicher Herausforderungen und der Entwicklung von Lösungsvorschlägen basierend auf aktueller Rechtsprechung.
  • Identifikation relevanter rechtlicher Themen für das Unternehmen und Ableitung möglicher Handlungsbedarfe.
  • Überprüfung und Gestaltung von Immobilienverträgen, insbesondere Mietverträgen.
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung sozialer und ethischer Standards sowie der rechtlichen Vorgaben als Compliance-Experte.
  • Implementierung des internen Kontrollsystems und Risikomanagements gemäß den Konzernrichtlinien.
  • Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Abteilungen der Konzernholding sowie den Bereichen IT-Governance und Nachhaltigkeit.

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise Volljurist (m/w/d) mit einem befriedigenden juristischen Staatsexamen oder Wirtschaftsjurist (LL.M) mit Schwerpunkt Recht und einem guten Studienabschluss.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. als Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei oder als Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d) in einer leitenden Funktion.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Unternehmens-, Gesellschafts- und Immobilienrecht sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Erfahrung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
