Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing innovative frameworks and procedures to ensure adherence to product, environmental, and market legislation
  • Overseeing projects with interdisciplinary teams to minimize risks and guarantee regulatory adherence
  • Assessing potential risks and opportunities, offering strategic solutions, and engaging with essential stakeholders
  • Enhancing current processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Facilitating workshops, training programs, and providing directives for relevant departments
  • Assisting in data management throughout the product lifecycle and participating in compliance audits
  • Serving as the liaison to external service providers and managing communications with regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental management, business administration, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in compliance or quality management
  • Familiarity with European environmental and product regulations
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to sustainability
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
