About the Role

Cofinity-X GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise employees and departments on compliance matters, providing guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain corporate governance documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify and manage compliance risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Monitor regulatory and legal requirements that affect the organization, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.
  • Lead the development of compliance controls to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
  • Implement compliance awareness measures and training programs for all employees, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, particularly regarding the code of conduct.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal Lead to ensure alignment and effective implementation of compliance strategies.
Requirements
  • First work experience in compliance management, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying relevant laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards, with experience in ISO27001 being a plus.
  • Knowledge of data protection law can be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication in English and German.
