About the Role

Cofinity-X GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise employees and departments on compliance matters, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a manner that is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain corporate governance documents, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify and manage compliance risks, ensuring that the company is aware of and mitigates any potential risks.
  • Monitor regulatory and legal requirements that affect the organization, ensuring that the company is aware of and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance controls to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
  • Implement compliance awareness measures and trainings for all employees, ensuring that they are aware of their compliance responsibilities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, particularly regarding the code of conduct.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal Lead to ensure that all compliance matters are addressed.
Requirements
  • First work experience in compliance management, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying relevant laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards, experience in ISO27001 desirable.
  • Knowledge of data protection law can be an advantage.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication in English and German.
