About the Role

Cofinity-X GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing customer needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Support the Sales team in understanding customer needs and requirements, and develop customized product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Proposal and Quotation Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations for prospective clients, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Sales Collateral and Materials: Help create and refine sales collateral and supporting materials, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Communication: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth and effective customer communication, and regular maintenance of CRM tool, tasks, and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, basic understanding of IT concepts and software solutions, self-motivated and proactive approach to work, team player attitude with the ability to adapt to new challenges, excellent presentation skills, and excellent German and English language skills.
