Position Overview

As a Sales Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing workplace culture and employer attractiveness for various organizations. This full-time position is designed for individuals eager to contribute to the growth of our company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Market Research: You will conduct market research and analysis to identify new target groups and business opportunities, potentially taking responsibility for specific market segments.
  • Performance Management: You will independently manage your performance using our CRM system, tracking forecasts and dashboards.
  • Representation: You will represent our organization both digitally and in person at various events, including trade shows and social media engagements.

  • You possess strong listening skills, enabling you to identify client needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Ideally, you have experience in consultative B2B sales of complex products and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • You have a keen interest in human resources topics.
