About the Customer Success Management TeamIn Customer Success, we provide strategic advice to our customers' HR teams and support them in the implementation and optimization of recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advice to customers on the development and implementation of recruiting strategies, such as introducing new recruiting channels or optimizing candidate management.
- Lead project management for the onboarding/implementation process of Talention software for customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and create corresponding concepts for the implementation of solutions in the Talention software.
- Provide training, advice, and run workshops for customers on topics such as recruiting, candidate management, career pages, job postings, application processes, interfaces, and software setup.
- Engage with customers to clarify complex issues, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Several years of experience in customer success/account management for Enterprise accounts.
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on recruiting and/or comparable professional experience.
- Ideal experience in recruiting, talent marketing, online marketing, or high-volume recruiting/staffing.
- Resilience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Proactive and sales-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- At least C1-level proficiency in English and German for effective written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
