Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskraft, der unsere erneuerbaren Energien-Strategie vorantreibt. Als Manager M&A Renewables wirst du die Verantwortung für den Erwerb von Entwicklungsprojekten im Frühstadium und die Veräußerung von Projekten oder Portfolios im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bereitest den Erwerb von Entwicklungsprojekten im Frühstadium und die Veräußerung von Projekten oder Portfolios im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien im Umfang von 0,5 bis 1 GW p.a. vor und führst diese durch
  • Du leitest das interne Projektteam sowie externe Berater, um Projektprobleme und -risiken zu lösen und den Projekterfolg sicherzustellen
  • Du verhandelst die Transaktionsstruktur und die kommerziellen Bedingungen mit den Vertragspartnern und den relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Du managst Joint Ventures, Partnerschaftsstrukturen und akquirierte Unternehmen
  • Du arbeitest optimal mit dem Renewables-Team zusammen, das aus Entwicklern, Ingenieuren, Abnahmemanagern, Markt- und Strategieanalysten sowie einem Netzwerk von externen Partnern besteht
  • Du erstattest Bericht an den Vice President Asset Rotation & Partnering bei Uniper

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Commercial Renewables, Corporate M&A, Corporate Finance oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Funktionen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projektteams
  • Verständnis der wichtigsten wirtschaftlichen Treiber von Solar-PV- und Windkraftanlagen
  • Kreativer und aufgeschlossener Mensch mit einem guten Sinn für Humor
  • Nachgewiesene internationale Berufserfahrung und Wertschätzung kultureller Unterschiede
  • Hohe Mobilität/ Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
