Customer Support Specialist Job Overview

Dzingel Personaldienst e.K. is a recruitment agency dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our employees and clients. With years of experience in successfully matching qualified candidates with roles in the commercial sector, we are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers during emergencies, providing essential support and assistance.
  • Receive and document incident reports, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Initiate troubleshooting and damage control measures over the phone to prevent hazards.
  • Manage and respond to elevator emergency calls efficiently.
  • Coordinate communication with relevant assisting agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a clear criminal record.
  • Completion of training as a NSL specialist is preferred; however, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess a technical aptitude.
  • Fluency in German is required; basic English skills are a plus.
