Your Role
As a Sales Support Officer, you will be part of our Ardo Group Sales Support Team, which monitors a worldwide customer portfolio within the food industry, retail, and foodservice markets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide commercial support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively collaborate with account managers to manage and analyze customer files, market data, and product portfolios.
- Monitor and follow up on tenders and quotations, and manage customers' questionnaires and sustainability reports.
- Take the lead in communication with customers regarding article forms, action proposals, and sample shipments.
- Provide periodic reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, and customized reports for internal and customer use.
- Pricing management: Prepare quotations for account managers and manage promo activities.
- Accurate SLA follow-up of customers.
- Coordinate item screenings, packaging, article creations, first productions, and NPD samples.
- Coordinate small customer projects and serve as the internal communicator for customer-related questions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-year experience in a large, fast-moving company in customer service, inside sales, or sales support.
- Excellent language skills in German, English, and one additional language.
- Commercial flair and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work with new IT systems and have excellent Excel knowledge.
- Proactive and initiative-taking individual with a passion for building relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Eager to learn, develop, and adapt to an evolving business context.
- Flexible and multitasking individual with a solution-oriented mindset.
