Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Telesales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Telesales team, including coordination, information, and networking with office staff and telesales agents.
- Support Telesales team managers with organizational tasks and ensure compliance with specified guidelines.
- Act as the permanent contact person for all telesales agents in administrative matters.
- Process applications from interested parties, optimize workflows, and advise on commercial and bank information.
- Provide assistance with the procurement of SEPA mandates and collateral, and process clarification cases and customer enquiries.
- Conduct CRM research, point system, and duplicate checks, and ensure the processing of leads, lead submissions, and preliminary enquiries.
- Support the sales management in creating statistics and ensure compliance with specified guidelines.
- Support DKV FLEET VIEW with tasks such as box ordering and returns handling, contract confirmations and deposit fees, ticket creation and research, and analyses including the creation of weekly statistics.
Requirements
- Qualified and completed commercial training.
- High affinity for sales, with initial experience in sales desirable.
- Service-orientation and willingness to provide service.
- Open, positive communication behavior.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good understanding of numbers, abstraction skills, ideally experience with SAP R3 applications.
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, and commitment.
