Job Description

We are looking for a

Sales Operations Manager

in full-time or part-time capacity.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing sales partners to acquire new customers for energy solutions in the product funnel of heat pumps and photovoltaics.

  • You will oversee the management of sales partners for customer acquisition of solution products related to photovoltaics and heat pumps.
  • You will develop sales strategies for customer acquisition and partner management, ensuring the continuous enhancement of partnerships.
  • You will drive the advancement of digitalization in the direct sales channel.
  • You will create compensation models for cooperation partners and negotiate these independently.
  • You will prepare and present decision-making and outcome presentations regarding measures in sales channel management.

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • A completed degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in key account management, particularly in managing direct sales in the energy sector.
  • A passionate individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of fostering a positive work environment, customer-oriented thinking, and a desire to initiate and implement change processes.
  • Proven success in developing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated sales strategies.
