Position Overview: Join us as a Client Relationship Manager (m/f/d) for the Amazon Marketplace and contribute to our mission of being the most customer-focused organization globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary liaison, providing expert support to our Sellers through a time-sensitive account management strategy.
  • Continuously assess the performance of your portfolio through comprehensive evaluations.
  • Engage actively in the organization of training sessions, webinars, and conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with central teams (such as logistics and marketing) to enhance the Seller experience and devise effective improvement strategies.
  • Conduct weekly analyses (including evaluations and database queries) to monitor the success of the 'Fulfilment by Amazon' program and implement optimization measures as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background (Bachelor/Master), ideally in business administration, economics, or related fields.
  • Initial experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Robust analytical and project management skills.
  • A keen awareness of emerging trends and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proactive decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel, with additional knowledge of databases and CRM systems preferred.
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in maintaining client relationships and meeting monthly/quarterly sales or account management objectives.
  • Experience in conducting business reviews and managing stakeholders, ideally in a Subject Matter Expert capacity.
  • Background in ecommerce or retail is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and CRM tools is advantageous but not essential.
