Global Key Account Manager

As a Global Key Account Manager at Universal Robots, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share at defined global end-customers. You will collaborate closely with the regional sales team to develop and execute a global account strategy, leveraging your expertise in key account management and international business development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's global decision-making process
- Create and execute a 3-year revenue and headcount plan for the account
- Maintain a strong customer relationship and pipeline planning in CRM
- Build and maintain global relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Define and implement programs and milestones to support the account strategy
- Drive cross-functional activities to execute global projects
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure global support and execution
- Perform regular reviews with the global team and the customer
- Develop marketing communication campaigns for the global key account
- Organize regular innovation days and roadmap workshops
Requirements:
- Documented experience in key account management, preferably in the automotive automation industry
- Proven track record of implementing programs and processes to support global key account programs
- Minimum 7 years of experience in international B2B account development
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually, with a data-driven mindset
- Experience with sales of complex technical solutions
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Experience in an international cross-functional role
- Strong communication skills at all levels, with fluency in English (and German a plus)
