About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Key Account Manager to join our team at Universal Robots. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share at defined global end-customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global account strategy to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at global end-customers
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure global support and execution of customer activities
  • Develop and maintain account plans, including revenue and headcount planning
  • Drive tactical, cross-functional activities to support global project execution
  • Define and implement programs and major milestones to support the strategy
  • Perform regular reviews with the global team and the customer
  • Define marketing communication campaigns related to the Global Key Account (Account Based Marketing)
  • Organize regular innovation days and roadmap workshops
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the Automotive Automation industry
  • Proven track record of working with implementation of programs and processes to support Global Key Account Programs
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn strategy into executable milestones
  • Data-driven mindset and clear understanding of the need for CRM data quality
  • Experience with sales of complex technical solutions
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Experience from an international cross-functional role
  • Strong communication skills at all levels in different regions of the world
  • Experience with navigating in an international matrix organization
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with German as a plus
