Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Aptean. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming calls and direct them as appropriate.
- Manage our mail and sort it efficiently.
- Keep the office and teams stocked with supplies, manage purchasing and ordering, and ensure our people have access to coffee, tea, water, and other essentials.
- Assist with facilities management, including contact with the landlord, canteen staff, suppliers of lighting, cleaning company, garden maintenance, car park, window screens, window cleaner, security, coffee machines, and waste processor.
- Support the IT department with tasks such as shipping IT equipment by courier, ordering and registering mobile phones.
- Book hotel reservations, flights, train tickets, and parking.
- Organize internal and external lunches and dinners.
- Coordinate team company emergency services.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
