Facilities Coordinator

### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Specialist to join our team in Krefeld. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage all incoming calls and direct them as appropriate
* Manage our mail and sort it from spam
* Maintain office supplies and manage purchasing and ordering
* Ensure the office is well-stocked with essentials, including coffee, tea, and water
* Coordinate with the landlord, canteen staff, and suppliers to maintain facilities
* Support the IT department with equipment shipment and mobile phone ordering
* Book travel arrangements and coordinate internal and external events
* Coordinate emergency services and maintain a good command of the English language
