Facilities Coordinator / Office Operations Specialist (Part-Time)
Are you prepared for your next career move? We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator for our office. This role requires 20 hours of work per week and is based in the office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting our expanding clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming communications and direct them appropriately.
- Manage our correspondence, ensuring effective sorting of important messages.
- Ensure the office and team members are well-stocked with necessary supplies, overseeing purchasing and ordering processes, and keeping our staff satisfied with refreshments.
- Maintain the office environment in excellent condition. Act as the point of contact for facilities management, liaising with landlords, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Assist the IT department with logistics, including shipping IT equipment and managing mobile phone orders.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including hotel bookings and transportation tickets.
- Organize internal and external dining events.
- Coordinate company emergency services for the team.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- This position requires 20 hours of work each week
