Facility Service Coordinator

About the Role
The Facility Service Operator in our Building Management team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting regular site visits to monitor the operational status of our facilities and reporting to the Facility Service Coordinator and other team members in our matrix organization.
Supporting the implementation of operational departmental tasks in occupational safety, fire safety, and security. This includes accompanying fire safety inspections and systematically addressing defects using software tools for occupational safety, in collaboration with service specialists.
Maintaining direct communication with our operational service providers, issuing instructions, and coordinating with users and user groups of our tenants.
Ensuring other departmental operational tasks (fleet management, dispatch, access management).
Providing support for service functions through visual inspections and participation in acceptance procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3 years of vocational training in a relevant field.
Several years of experience in customer contact.
Affinity/experience in digital work (e.g., Quentic).
Additional skills: exemplary behavior towards internal customers, communication and conflict skills, quick understanding.
