Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team at I. K. Hofmann. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee time tracking and process monthly payroll
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient work environment, including the area of the department and department leadership
  • Take ownership of various tasks and projects, including administrative and operational duties
  • Assist with planning and coordinating business trips and process travel expense reports
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and small events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in the support department
  • Act as an IT service requestor for various organizational IT topics
