About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our department head and Project Management Office in general administrative tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project operations, including preparation of materials for communication, calendar management, travel organization, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate project materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize business trips and ensure accurate travel expense reporting.
- Support general office administration, including email management, task delegation, and priority setting.
- Prepare and follow up on team meetings and events.
- Administer new accounts for external partners and consultants.
- Prepare SAP reports and assist in tracking and reporting project-related costs and bookings.
- Purchase requisitions and order materials and services, interacting with internal and external vendors.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should have excellent MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams. SAP skills are a plus. Strong communication skills, organizational strength, and integrity are essential. You should also have a structured way of working, a confident and friendly appearance, and a hands-on mentality with a pragmatic mindset.
Language Skills
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
