About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Company Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, supporting the Company Manager in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Company Manager, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with event planning and organization, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Manage the company's calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, including suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing financial reports and analyzing data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a creative or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
