Job Title: Senior Consultant Market Research Consumer Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Market Research Consumer Healthcare to join our dynamic team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. As a key member of our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, compile, analyze, and share insights on assigned CHC categories to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's position on the market
  • Provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important CHC brand topics within assigned categories
  • Develop meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
  • Review and challenge CHC brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans
  • Lead all primary market research in assigned CHC categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Contribute to process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration and facilitating best-practice sharing
  • Work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, CHC Portfolio Management team, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, obtained in a market research agency or a Consumer Healthcare company
  • Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare to drive fact-based and data-driven insights using multiple research and analytic techniques
  • Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams
  • Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Confidence in analyzing and presenting data and communicating to cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of the media/digital landscape and how it can be used to shape consumer insight
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable developing strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets
  • Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
