We are in search of a highly skilled professional to assume the role of:

Manager of European Strategic Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding (m/f/x)

Your new responsibilities:

Are you ready to contribute to our mission by spearheading the execution and implementation of Daiichi Sankyo ́s talent acquisition and employer branding strategies across Europe?

By employing a data-driven methodology, you will consistently pinpoint areas for process enhancement. You will collaborate closely with HR and Business Leaders throughout Europe to oversee, drive, and evaluate an exceptional candidate experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

Leveraging your prior experience to devise and execute employer branding initiatives that resonate with our corporate objectives and values, with the aim of cultivating a positive employer image and boosting candidate engagement. Innovating sourcing and recruitment strategies while establishing KPIs tailored to European target markets, organizations, and demographics in collaboration with your operational recruiting colleagues. Overseeing all facets of talent acquisition and onboarding to ensure a personalized candidate experience and effective talent relationship management. Rolling out, managing, refining, and enhancing a cohesive multichannel European talent acquisition framework to address evolving workforce development needs while adhering to relevant regulations. Consulting with business leaders to formulate and implement Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives, ensuring the organization is equipped with the necessary talent to meet future challenges.

Your qualifications and experience:

A university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in HR, strategic talent acquisition, workforce planning, and/or employer branding. Profound knowledge of strategic recruiting principles, programs, trends, and best practices. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with a passion for attracting talent and fostering a robust employer brand. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial approach grounded in data-driven insights. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various organizational levels. Proficiency in English and German, with additional European languages considered an asset.
