Our European headquarters are situated in Munich, Germany, complemented by affiliates in 13 European nations and Canada.

We are in search of a highly skilled professional to assume the role of:

European Strategic Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager (m/f/x)

Your new responsibilities:

Are you eager to contribute to our mission by executing and implementing Daiichi Sankyo ́s talent acquisition and employer branding strategies across Europe?

Employing a data-driven methodology, you will consistently pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes. Collaborating closely with HR and Business Leaders throughout Europe, you will oversee, drive, and evaluate an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your previous experience to devise and execute employer branding initiatives that resonate with our corporate objectives and principles, aimed at cultivating a favorable employer image and boosting candidate engagement. Implement cutting-edge sourcing and recruitment strategies while developing KPIs tailored to European target markets, companies, and demographics in collaboration with your operational recruiting colleagues. Oversee all facets of talent acquisition and onboarding, concentrating on fostering a personalized candidate experience and sustainable talent relationship management. Execute, manage, streamline, and enhance a cohesive multichannel European talent acquisition process to address evolving workforce development needs while adhering to all relevant regulations. Consult with business leaders to formulate and execute Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives, ensuring the organization is equipped with the appropriate talent for future challenges.

Required Qualifications:

A university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in HR, strategic talent acquisition, workforce planning, and/or employer branding. Profound understanding of strategic recruiting principles, programs, trends, and best practices. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with a passion for attracting talent and cultivating a robust employer brand. Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit, utilizing a data-driven approach. Diplomatic interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various organizational levels. Proficiency in English and German, with additional European languages considered an asset.
