Our Team
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team as a European Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager to drive the execution and implementation of our talent acquisition and employer branding strategies across Europe.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing employer branding initiatives that align with our company's goals and values, aiming to create a positive employer brand and enhance candidate engagement
- Implementing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies, developing KPIs fitting European target markets, target companies, and target groups, and collaborating with operational recruiting teams
- Monitoring all aspects of talent acquisition and onboarding to focus on driving a personalized candidate experience and sustainable talent relationship management
- Rolling out, running, streamlining, and improving an integrated multichannel European talent acquisition process to meet challenging workforce development plans and comply with all applicable regulations
- Consulting with business leaders to develop and implement Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives to ensure the organization is equipped with the right talent for future challenges
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management (or similar)
- 4+ years of professional experience in HR, strategic talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, and/or employer branding
- In-depth knowledge of strategic recruiting principles, programs, trends, and best practices
- High initiative, solution, and team-driven skills combined with a passion for attracting candidates and building a strong employer brand
- A strong analytical mindset, strategic, and entrepreneurial thinking utilizing a data-driven approach
- Diplomatic interpersonal skills and the capability to influence diverse organizational levels
- Business fluency in English and German, with other European languages being an asset
