Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

At TeamViewer GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global talent acquisition and employer branding efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent and supports our business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future hiring needs and create proactive recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the recruitment budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Build and enhance our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional organizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- High energy, strong work ethic, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on results.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Innovative and forward-thinking in approach to talent acquisition.
- Fluent English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus.
