Manager of European Strategic Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding (m/f/x)
Your Role:
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in advancing Daiichi Sankyo’s talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives across Europe? Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will identify opportunities for enhancing processes and collaborate closely with HR and Business Leaders to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leverage your experience to create and execute employer branding strategies that resonate with our corporate objectives and values, fostering a positive employer image and boosting candidate engagement.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies tailored to European markets, collaborating with colleagues in operational recruiting to establish relevant KPIs.
- Oversee all facets of talent acquisition and onboarding, focusing on delivering a personalized candidate experience and maintaining sustainable talent relationships.
- Design, execute, and refine a comprehensive multichannel European talent acquisition process to address workforce development needs while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Consult with business leaders to formulate and implement Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives, ensuring the organization is equipped with the necessary talent for future challenges.
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in HR, strategic talent acquisition, workforce planning, or employer branding.
- Extensive knowledge of strategic recruiting principles, programs, trends, and best practices.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-driven with a strong passion for attracting talent and building a robust employer brand.
- Strong analytical mindset with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, utilizing a data-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various organizational levels.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
