The Team

The Talent Acquisition - Early Professional Hiring (EPH) team at Celonis plays a critical role in fueling our international growth. Our mission is to attract and hire top talent by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and fostering strong relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner in our EPH team, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to design and execute strategic recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire graduate program recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from universities, career fairs, and professional networks.
  • Conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and extending offers to the best fit for Celonis' culture and needs.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements and providing strategic advice throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience

You will ensure a high-touch, engaging experience for all candidates by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. You will work closely with the Talent Coordination team to optimize interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Stakeholder Collaboration

You will partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, Compensation & Benefits, and business unit leaders, to align recruitment efforts with Celonis' strategic goals. You will provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and improve talent acquisition strategies.

Recruitment Process Excellence

You will track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies and continuously improve your approach. You will utilize Celonis' ATS and sourcing tools to maintain a streamlined and data-driven recruitment process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on early professional hiring, campus recruitment, or similar areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with colleagues, candidates, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
