Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at The Exploration Company. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Management: Conduct initial candidate screenings, facilitate interviews, and manage the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Promote The Exploration Company as an employer of choice through engaging content and participation in industry events.
- Recruitment Analytics: Use data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the tech or aerospace industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Culture Fit: A genuine interest in space exploration and technology, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
