Internal Communications Lead – Intuitive Surgical

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Communications Specialist to join our team at Intuitive Surgical. As a key member of our People Experience team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing internal communications strategies that support our business objectives in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Employee Communications Strategies
Design and implement comprehensive employee communications plans that align with our business priorities and objectives.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with senior executives, leaders, and cross-functional partners to develop and execute employee communications strategies that support multiple functions and audiences.
Manage Content Creation and DistributionDevelop and manage content for a range of internal communications channels, including intranet sites, digital signage, newsletters, and more.
Measure and Evaluate EffectivenessDevelop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of employee communications strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements- 8+ Years of Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in internal communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful employee communications strategies.
Strong Content Creation SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for a range of audiences.
Business AcumenStrong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop communications strategies that support business objectives.
Language SkillsExcellent written and spoken English and German language skills, with the ability to translate and localize corporate communications messaging.
