Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

The People Experience team at Intuitive is dedicated to fostering a workplace where employees feel informed, engaged, and motivated to positively influence one another, our organization, and the broader community.

We are seeking a strategic and innovative employee communications professional to assist in crafting and executing communication initiatives aligned with key business objectives across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. In this capacity, you will serve as a strategist and trusted advisor to executives and internal stakeholders, developing and implementing comprehensive employee communications plans.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of employee communications strategies tailored to the EMEA region.
  • Evaluate, create, and deliver employee communications strategies that cater to various functions and audiences with distinct needs, including sales, manufacturing operations, and corporate services.
  • Act as a communications strategist and advisor to senior executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different roles and levels, managing external resources to ensure effective implementation.
  • Create and curate content for diverse People Experience communication channels, ensuring alignment with Intuitive's brand standards.
  • Organize and facilitate internal meetings and events, including all-hands sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee the production of various written, visual, and multimedia communications, including executive messaging, presentations, organizational announcements, and employee highlights.
  • As a regional expert, partner with global communications and inclusion teams to share and leverage resources.
  • Translate and localize corporate communications messaging as needed.
  • Assess and measure the effectiveness of employee communications strategies in relation to business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing and executing internal communications strategies within a complex, multinational corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in consulting with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, particularly in writing and presentation.
  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new communication programs from inception.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with international teams across different time zones.
  • Skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing are advantageous.
