Become an AV Systems Specialist at a Premier Robotics Firm

Intuitive Surgical is a renowned innovator in robotic-assisted surgical solutions, committed to enhancing healthcare through cutting-edge technology. We are in search of a skilled AV Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region, engaging in a range of stimulating projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding support to both internal and external clients, ensuring optimal satisfaction.
  • Oversee the initiation of new AV initiatives in the EMEA area and manage the daily operations of AV systems.
  • Work in conjunction with design and construction teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Maintain productive relationships with equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical assistance.
  • Address AV-related incidents and manage support tickets within an IT Service Management framework.
  • Create and update AV operational documentation and technical schematics.
  • Facilitate and provide logistical support for AV-related events, including company-wide meetings.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in interactions with senior management.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
  • In-depth understanding of AV technologies and systems.
  • Capability to diagnose technical challenges and ensure successful event execution.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in audio-visual or IT systems.
  • Possession of CTS certification or equivalent manufacturer-specific certifications.

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based work with occasional travel as necessary.
