About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Customer Engagement to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Lifecycle Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a customer lifecycle strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including communication, retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects to implement new customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5-6 years of professional experience in customer engagement, commercial strategy, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital customer relationship management, project management, and communication skills.
  • Language: Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
