Qualifications:
- Master's degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in account management or customer service roles.
- Expertise in managing corporate and strategic accounts.
- Strong communication and executive relationship skills.
- Relevant industry experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering.
- Technical proficiency with web technologies and enterprise applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
