Senior Manager of Customer Engagement for the German Market

We are seeking a Senior Customer Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team focused on the German market. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and enhancing the overall experience for our shippers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition: Identify and recruit new shippers to utilize our innovative logistics solutions.
- Market Expansion: Explore new market segments and unlock potential customer bases through exceptional service.
- Engagement Management: Maintain robust engagement levels with our shippers, proactively addressing their challenges.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with key stakeholders across our portfolio.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product development and enhancements.
- Project Leadership: Initiate and lead projects aimed at resolving customer pain points and enhancing the shipper experience.

Our service empowers external businesses to leverage Amazon's advanced transportation technology and extensive network for bulk product transport across Europe. This innovative solution is rapidly scaling to meet the logistics needs of both small and large enterprises.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications- A relevant degree.
- Experience in business development, partner relations, sales, or alliance management.
- Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Fluency in written and spoken German.
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
- Background in the freight industry.
