Area Sales Director (m/w/d)

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Vertriebsmitarbeitern und klinischen Fachkräften
  • Strategische Verantwortung für den Umsatz bei unseren wichtigsten Kunden in der Region
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver Verkaufsstrategien im Bereich der Rhythmologie und Elektrophysiologie
  • Langfristige Stärkung der Marktposition des Unternehmens
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Schlüsselmeinungsführern und Einkaufsgemeinschaften
  • Coaching und Weiterbildung des Vertriebsteams zur Sicherstellung optimaler Leistungen
  • Enger Austausch mit nationalen und internationalen Marketingteams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Geschäftsbereichen zur Etablierung von Boston Scientific als Anbieter umfassender Lösungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizintechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Umfangreiche Vertriebserfahrung in der Medizintechnik, idealerweise im Bereich der Rhythmologie oder Kardiologie
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von Investitionsgütern sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Key Account Management
  • Strategisches und innovatives Denken mit einer praktischen Herangehensweise
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets
