Area Sales Director (m/w/d)

Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von Vertriebsmitarbeitern und klinischen Fachkräften
  • Strategische Verkaufsverantwortung für unsere wichtigsten Kunden im Gebiet
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und erfolgreiche Ausführung von Verkaufsstrategien in den Bereichen Rhythmologie und Elektrophysiologie
  • Nachhaltige Stärkung der Marktposition des Unternehmens
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu bedeutenden Meinungsführern und Einkaufsgemeinschaften
  • Schulung, Weiterentwicklung und Coaching des Vertriebsteams zur Sicherstellung optimaler Teamleistungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketingabteilungen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Kooperation mit anderen Geschäftsbereichen, um Boston Scientific als Anbieter umfassender Lösungen zu positionieren

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizintechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich oder eine klinische/kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb innerhalb der Medizintechnik, idealerweise im Bereich der Rhythmologie oder Kardiologie
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von Investitionsgütern sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Key Account Management
  • Strategisches und innovatives Denken mit einer praktischen Herangehensweise
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Flexibilität für Reisen innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets
