About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic sales team at Wunderflats GmbH. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our landlord network across France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market across France, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
