About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culture & Employee Engagement Lead to join our global team at Doctolib. As a key member of our People Development & Culture team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Culture & Employee Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing employee experience programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Leading internal communications initiatives that showcase our company's unique culture and values.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive post-merger integration activities and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  • Facilitating change management strategies to support our corporate culture and drive business growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on employee engagement and culture development.
  • Excellent internal communications skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and present information in an engaging format.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Experience with change management principles and practices.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business results.
