We are seeking a highly skilled Culture & Employee Engagement Lead to join our global team at Doctolib. As a key member of our People Development & Culture team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Culture & Employee Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing employee experience programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Leading internal communications initiatives that showcase our company's unique culture and values.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive post-merger integration activities and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
- Facilitating change management strategies to support our corporate culture and drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on employee engagement and culture development.
- Excellent internal communications skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and present information in an engaging format.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business results.
