We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Culture Strategist who specializes in recruitment and headhunting to ensure effective talent sourcing for critical positions within our organization. Your role will involve identifying and attracting individuals with the necessary skills and expertise to help us fulfill our global mission.

You possess a versatile skill set, showcasing in-depth knowledge in recruitment while also having a comprehensive understanding of related areas such as HR Metrics, Health and Safety, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development. You take pride in your contributions, focusing on meaningful work that aligns with our strategic objectives. As a strategic partner to management, you will play a vital role in achieving our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment:
    You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and engaging with candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
  • Your focus will be on refining the recruitment process to align with our organizational culture, ensuring that we attract and secure top talent that meets our needs.
  • You will lend your expertise in active sourcing and headhunting to assist team members in expanding our candidate pool.
  • Your efforts will significantly enhance our headhunting initiatives, particularly for challenging roles.
  • You will develop a headhunting strategy aimed at attracting exceptional talent to support our mission.
  • You will post job openings on various online platforms and diversify our outreach strategies to maximize visibility.
  • You will ensure that candidates have a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • You will maintain professional, timely, and friendly communication with candidates and all external stakeholders, as well as with internal staff.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate key learning initiatives at ProVeg, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Develop in-house training programs, including self-paced courses and workshops.
  • Manage the Personal Development Review process.
  • Drive ProVeg's Employer Branding efforts, focusing on both internal and external communications.
  • Support the development and revision of ProVeg Policies.
Qualifications
  • Essential:
    A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field. Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting.
  • Familiarity with international recruitment practices and the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts.
  • Capability to represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and social media for effective candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a respectful and compassionate approach to staff issues.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, integrating these into the recruitment process.
  • Ability to positively influence organizational culture.
