Position: Customer Happiness Manager at BRUNA The Label

BRUNA The Label is an innovative D2C E-commerce brand dedicated to crafting sustainable and exquisite jewelry. Our mission extends beyond creating timeless, high-quality pieces; we aim to foster positive transformation within the industry. Become a vital part of our dynamic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries through our helpdesk software, Help Scout
  • Oversee our social media platforms, interact with customers, and manage feedback
  • Assist in order processing and logistics via Shopify
  • Manage customer reviews and contribute to enhancing service processes
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer satisfaction at BRUNA The Label
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Genuine enthusiasm for social interactions and customer satisfaction
  • Capability to work autonomously and think innovatively
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous
  • Experience in community management is a plus
