Key Responsibilities:- Address customer inquiries through our helpdesk platform, Help Scout.
- Oversee our social media presence, interact with customers, and manage feedback.
- Assist in order management and logistics via Shopify.
- Handle customer reviews and contribute to enhancing service processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer satisfaction at BRUNA The Label.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and social interactions.
- Capability to work autonomously and think innovatively.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Experience in community management is a plus.
