Amazon Customer Service PXT Team is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator dedicated to enhancing employee experiences through various HR functions. Ideal candidates will be adaptable, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving abilities along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with meticulous attention to detail.

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing supportive HR assistance to our Customer Service team, addressing inquiries related to benefits, policies, and payroll while ensuring confidentiality.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic team that values contributions to employee satisfaction on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt and diligent responses to employee inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Collaboration with team members to resolve issues or clarify situations, including absence management and employee concerns.
  • Support in payroll preparation tasks.
  • Drafting and distributing correspondence to employees.
  • Preparation and submission of documents for works council discussions.
  • Guidance for employees and managers on HR processes, systems, and resources.
  • Analysis and reporting of essential business metrics such as attendance, turnover, and employee engagement.
  • Championing the employee experience by working closely with managers and partners to deliver exceptional service, including educating employees on self-service tools.
  • Planning and executing employee engagement activities to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Assisting managers in addressing employee inquiries regarding attendance, compensation, benefits, policies, and leave.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Fluency in the German language.
  • Basic analytical capabilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the human resources field.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality concerning payroll, benefits, and employee matters.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of functions such as pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Training and experience in Human Resources or Customer Service with exceptional interpersonal skills, patience, and a helpful demeanor.
