In Germany and Austria, TCS collaborates with over 100 clients on their digital transformation initiatives, including more than 20 DAX-40 companies and numerous small to medium-sized enterprises. TCS employs around 3000 individuals in Germany and operates in nine locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts with existing and prospective clients in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Providing legal advice regarding compliance with statutory requirements and internal corporate policies.
  • Identifying and formulating solutions to mitigate legal risks for the organization.
  • Supporting sales and project teams with daily contract management inquiries.
  • Regular reporting in accordance with internal guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Completed second state examination and legal practice qualification in Germany.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably from a role in an IT or software company or a law firm specializing in IT law.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a keen interest in developing creative solutions while quickly adapting to new legal areas or service offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural and international environment.
  • High social competence and diplomatic skills in collaborating with clients, internal departments, and external partners.
  • A sense of humor and a spirit of 'Professional Curiosity.'
  • Willingness to travel nationally (and if necessary, internationally).
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (additional language skills are a plus).
