Ihre Aufgaben
  • Rechtliche Bearbeitung von Abmahnungen, Beanstandungen, einstweiligen Verfügungen und Klagen sowie die rechtliche Vertretung der Merz Lifecare vor Gericht und bei Behörden.
  • Entwicklung, Verhandlung und Prüfung von Verträgen in den Bereichen Marketing, Lizenzierung, Vertrieb, Herstellung und Produktentwicklung sowie Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Erstellung von rechtlichen und strategischen Stellungnahmen zu Themen des allgemeinen Zivil- und Handelsrechts, Wettbewerbsrechts, Heilmittelwerberechts sowie Pharma- und Medizinprodukterechts.
  • Unterstützung bei Due Diligence-Prüfungen und Transaktionsprojekten.
  • Umfassende rechtliche Beratung zu allen relevanten Fragen im Bereich Produktbezeichnung, Verpackung und Werbung von Arzneimitteln, Medizinprodukten, Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln und Kosmetika.
  • Vollumfängliche rechtliche Betreuung zu vertriebsrechtlichen Fragestellungen im In- und Ausland, insbesondere in kartellrechtlichen Angelegenheiten.
  • Rechtliche Unterstützung im Bereich Compliance, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Lieferkettengesetz und die Compliance von Geschäftspartnern.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen zu rechtlichen Themen sowie zum Compliance-Programm der Merz Lifecare.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (Volljurist*in) mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsrecht, idealerweise ergänzt durch ein Auslandsstudium.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei oder in der FMCG-Branche.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse im Wettbewerbs-, Vertriebs- und Vertragsrecht.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise auch Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Fremdsprache sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Eigenverantwortliche, engagierte und offene Arbeitsweise mit Entscheidungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Kundenorientierung und gute Organisationsfähigkeiten.
