Offshore Service Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our Service team, you will oversee offshore operations on our Service Operation Vessel (SOV) for the Offshore Wind Farm Deutsche Bucht, which includes 31 V164 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 8.4 MW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless operation of wind turbines and effective utilization of our systems.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Execute a variety of inspections, repairs, and replacements of turbine components.
- Plan and coordinate daily service tasks.
- Organize transfers for the vessel and O&M team.
- Monitor and assess weather conditions.
- Prepare transfer plans and daily reports.
- Create and manage work orders in SAP and approve technician hours.
- Maintain and update the planning board.
- Assist in implementing new procedures and processes.
- Plan annual service and maintenance schedules.
- Contribute to the Monthly Customer Report.
- Ensure the execution of upgrades.
- Collaborate with customer representatives to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and support the offshore engineering team.
- Identify and rectify faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Complete scheduled services on wind turbines.
- Adhere to Vestas Health and Safety Management protocols.
- Provide general support to the Service Manager.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to multitask effectively.
- Capable of positively influencing and leading others.
- Team-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable working offshore at heights.
- Completed training as an electrician, electrical technician, or mechatronics engineer (EFK appointment possible).
- Experience in the wind and/or offshore industry is preferred.
- Previous leadership experience and familiarity with medium or high voltage systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in English and German, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
