Advanced Operations Coordinator DE Service Offshore

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Germany Offshore Service organization. As a key member of the Joint Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dedicated site, while also contributing to the short and medium-term planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with Siemens Gamesa field staff and customer personnel.
- Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities, create daily and weekly plans for site teams, and report service schedule progress to Management and Customer.
- Control and technical verification within Enterprise-Resource-Planning System, collate time data and parts consumption, and initiate billing and parts replenishment.
- Monitor weather and coordinate transports, plan workload, and control documentation relevant for planning.
- Daily check on progress with field personnel, get status of work progress to plan for next day.
- Coordinate record keeping and documentation archiving to support full historical traceability of service work carried out.
- Check accurate reporting into and utilization of electronic workflow status spreadsheets, provide data in support of the reporting process in conjunction with the Site Management.
- Interface between different stakeholders, such as Resource Management, Site Management, Spare Parts Team, and Procurement, ensuring transparency of important topics between those parties.
- Maintain service and retrofits schedule tracking for management information.
- Basic financial administration, raise purchase requisitions, and request setting up of new vendors.
- Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
- Track record in Offshore Wind or similar.
- Comprehensive IT user skills (MS Office and Windows 365).
- Awareness of quality and safety topics.
- Very high level of communication skills.
- Independent and responsible way of working.
- Experience in the wind industry and planning activities is a plus.
- Knowledge in SAP SRP is a plus.
- High commitment.
- Fluent in English (at least C1 level), preferably also in German (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to work partially on Offshore rotations.
