Job Summary
The Director of Life Cycle Cost Optimization will lead a high-performance team responsible for long-term revenue management of Wabtec Transit Services Group.
About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of life cycle cost management, pricing, and revenue growth strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement life cycle cost optimization strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
- Lead a team of experts in life cycle cost management, pricing, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with regional leaders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement
- Interface with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and operations teams
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of life cycle cost optimization strategies
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or economics
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in life cycle cost management, pricing, and revenue growth
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
